i've never really gotten all into the cupcake fad...cake pops..yes but cupcakes..not so much. co-worker brittanie made these cupcakes for another co-worker's birthday.
the broccoli is made from green tootsie rolls dipped in frosting and sprinkles. the noodles are piped on frosting. her goal is to be more crafty. i would say mission accomplished. i nearly died when she showed me the picture.
